Here’s what to expect and the key items we’ll manage together:
Planning timeline & payments: We’ll create a custom timeline mapping key milestones (vendor confirmations, tasting/walk‑through, final guest count) to the wedding day. A simple payment schedule (deposit(s), interim payments, final balance) and due dates will be provided and reviewed together.
Setup plan: The event design will produce a setup diagram with load‑in routes, equipment/bar/service station placement, guest flow, and breakdown plan to minimize confusion.
Communication: Your planner will share the master timeline, setup plan, and contact list with vendors, venue staff, and your wedding party. Regular check‑ins and a final pre‑event confirmation keep everyone aligned.
Day‑of vendor coordination: We’ll collect each vendor’s arrival, setup, service, and breakdown times and merge them into one master day‑of timeline to keep deliveries, setup, photo, catering, and entertainment synchronized.
Day‑of point of contact: A dedicated One Boss Hospitality coordinator will manage the timeline, communicate with vendors, and handle issues so you can enjoy the day.
Next steps: We’ll schedule an initial planning meeting to review your vision, timeline, and payment schedule, then build the master timeline, vendor communications, and setup plan. Reply with questions or contact your planner.
