We are a team of professional banquet staff available to support your venue, caterer, or wedding planner. Reliable and attentive, we step in where needed to deliver our signature Red Plate Experience.

Our standard wedding packages are designed to provide seamless service from setup through final breakdown—so you, your family, and your vendors can stay focused on the celebration.

Each package includes a dedicated service team trained to support guest experience, food flow, and event close-out in alignment with your venue and timeline.

  • Floorplan set up of tables and chairs

  • Buffet set up and design

  • Tray passed appetizers

  • Cocktail hour and bartending add ons

  • Settings and designs

  • Dessert bar set up and management

  • Table bussing

  • Clean and pack up of reception area floorplan

  • Final venue closeout and cleaning list

  • Non-alcoholic drink service and management

  • Cake cutting and service

  • VIP and guest service

  • Event Setup & Guest Experience

    • Placement of table settings using host-provided plates, cutlery, glassware, linens, menus, and favors
    • Buffet setup and ongoing management, including food presentation, restocking, and active bussing throughout service
    • VIP guest support for head tables or designated areas

    Beverage & Toast Support

    • Non-alcoholic beverage station setup, monitoring, and replenishment
    • Bartender support services, including coordination with hired bartenders and table-side wine or champagne service during formal toasts
    (This service supports bartenders secured by the client and does not include alcohol service licensing.)

    Dessert & Service Conclusion

    • Cake cutting assistance and dessert service coordination
    • Pack-out of remaining food and beverages for client takeaway

    Event Close-Out & Clean-Up

    • Catering area breakdown and service space close-out
    • Consolidation of rentals and cleanup in accordance with venue standards

  • To ensure proper staffing and service flow, team size is based on guest count:

    50 Guests starting at $1,000

    100 Guest starting at $1400

    150 Guest starting at $1900

    200 Guest starting at $2300

    Most couples fall between the 100-200 guest range
